Simply boil a small saucepan of water & turn back to a simmer, then take your poachie & place into a glass then crack your egg into it. Press poachie flaps together then immerse vertically into the simmering water. Poach gently in simmering water for 4-6 minutes. Remove the poachie from the water using tongs, finally slide your perfectly poached egg out of the poachie bag & enjoy!
