Stanley Rogers TRI-PLY is made up of three layers that together provide efficient heating and fuss free cooking. The 18/10 stainless steel interior is finished with a durable triple layer, ceramic reinforced non-stick coating, which is abrasion resistant and allows for easier food release and cleaning. At the centre is an aluminium core that heats quickly and evenly with no hot spots, and the magnetic 18/0 stainless steel base makes this frypan compatible with all stove tops, including induction. The handle is double vented to reduce heat transfer while cooking, and the entire pan is oven safe for stove-to-oven cooking. Hand washing and wooden, nylon or silicone utensils are recommended to ensure optimum condition is maintained.
